Before Your Session
A few important details to make your experience simple and easy to understand from booking through final image delivery.
Booking & Deposits
To secure your photo session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your deposit will be deducted from your final payment after your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling requires a second deposit.
Punctuality
Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in rescheduling, and a second deposit will be required to secure the new session.
Customization
Additional services are available but are not mandatory. You are welcome to bring your own outfits, props or creative ideas to personalize your session.
Image Selection & Ordering
After your session, you will have a 30-day period to meet with us to select images for your album or specific prints. After this period, additional fees may apply for retrieval and customization.
No-Logo Copyright & Licensing
Images without a copyright logo are available under a separate licensing agreement with an additional fee. This agreement grants specific usage rights for logo-free images. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction outside of the agreement may result in additional fees or legal action.
