We want to make sure your experience with us is easy to understand. Here are our key policies:

Booking and Deposits:

• To secure your photo session, we require a 50% non refundable deposit. It will be deducted from your final payment after your session.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you tell us less than 48 hours before or don’t show up, your deposit won’t be refunded. For rescheduling, a second deposit will be needed.

Punctuality:

• If you’re late, your deposit won’t be refunded, and we can’t extend the session. If you’re over 10 minutes late, we’ll reschedule, and you’ll need to make a second deposit.

Customization:

• You’re welcome to use our extra services, but it’s not mandatory. Feel free to bring your own outfits, props, or ideas to make your session unique.
