We want to make sure your experience with us is easy to understand. Here are our key policies:

Booking and Deposits:
To secure your photo session, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from your final payment after your session.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling requires a second deposit.

Punctuality:
If you’re late, your deposit will not be refunded, and we cannot extend the session. Arriving over 10 minutes late will result in a reschedule, and a second deposit will be needed to secure the new session.

Customization:
You’re welcome to use our additional services, though it’s not mandatory. Feel free to bring your own outfits, props, or ideas to make your session unique.

Image Selection and Ordering:
After your session, you will have a 30-day period to meet with us to select images for your album or specific prints. After this period, additional fees may apply for retrieval and customization.

No-Logo Copyright and Licensing:
If you wish to receive images without a copyright logo, this option is available under a separate licensing agreement with an additional fee. This agreement grants specific usage rights for logo-free images. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of logo-free images outside of this agreement may result in additional fees or legal action.
